What we said we would do, in one place.
Every meeting ends with promises: I will send that, I will call them back. Handoff catches them so nobody has to chase anyone.
How it works

Record
Whoever called the meeting records it (phone Voice Memos or the Meet recording) and opens with: “Quick note: we are recording this for our team notes.” Florida needs everyone to know.

Drop the file
Into the FF-Meetings inbox folder on the NAS, or upload it here after signing in.
Not verified: inbox folder and upload page are not wired for the team yet.

Promises come back
Within about 2 hours each promise is pulled out with who, what, when and the exact words. Jeff confirms them; confirmed ones land on your list.
Not verified: the 2 hour turnaround has not been measured.

Close it out
Do the work, submit a note or file, the person who asked approves it.
Your list
Open promises, overdue first. The next meeting opens with them.
What Handoff is not
- Nobody reads your email.
- No outside note-taking bots (no read.ai, Supernormal or Otter).
- Recordings and transcripts stay on Fashion Foundry hardware.
Do I install anything?
No, your phone recorder or Meet is enough.
Who sees my items?
You, the person who asked, and Jeff.
A promise is not mine?
Tap Not mine and it goes back.
